taking the choke out

please help me I want to remove the choke but i don't tear into it blindly my 300ex is in dire need of more power but i cant get into the old forum(leo was gonna try to fix it but he is very busy) Hopefully someone can tell me how to do this(soon) thanks Red Rooster

The best thing you can do is invet in a service manual for your bike. They are the best investment you can get for your quad. It will explicitly show you how to do this with pictures to guide your way!;)

why not try a larger carb?

I have a clymer manual it says not to go any farther into the carb. Larger carb would work great but i don't want to shell $200 bucks right now.:grr

I just did this mod and it was realy easy the extra power was well worth the time and $$ it took to perform this mod thanks everyone so much;)
