ds650 jetting

a friend of me have a bomb ds650 he want to know how to jet, he has a K&N filter with the air box lid on, a rev limiter (unlimited), and the stock muffler with out all the stuff that goes inside of it.
He's between 3000/6000 ft. and the air temperature is between 68º and 100º.
