I am seriously considering selling my quad and once I did, I would need exhaust, air filter, and jets right away. As of right now, I have a Yoshimura competition series slip on and my dad says that it is just obnoxiously loud. What is a good full exhaust that is some-what quit? Thanks in advance.

FMF-Power Core 4-2's aren't very loud. I like the sound better than my sparks pipe but I like the extra power of the sparks. I have one for sale if you want it if you want a new one though this is a nice pipe.

MBRP is a great choice for you. I think they said 93 db and I believe it. Much quieter than my big gun, but still sounds nice.

I used to have a Yoshi. I now have an HMF. the HMF is not as loud, and overall I think it sounds better. pretty cheap and I like the power gains on the bottom that it gives compared to the yoshi

HMF with their quiet-core is 92db and it retains 95% of the power. Great slip-on for $200:)

ok i'm lost here, from what i've read in past forums i hear that the yoshi pipes were one of the best in sound and performance, am i way off on this because that's what i've read on here b4, cuz everyone used to say that yoshi was powerfull and nice and quite compared to the rest of the aftermarket

I have to disagree about the big gun being quiet. While it is a great pipe, it is not quiet by any means. I had one so I would know.

honda400exrider,
You can go to http://www.mbrp.com for some details but the best way to find out info and to order is to go to http://forums.atvconnection.com and click on the MBRP section. Bob is a dealer for them and can answer any questions you have and order one for you.

How many decibals is the Yoshimura? And how do the screws for the end cap come off? Cause mine like stripped, but I could still get them out, I was just wondering if there was something I was missing with them. Thanks for the information.;)

I have one also and it is a hellava lot quieter that a white bros, or T4. I got the spark arrestor in though, do you?

My friend just got a DMC Alien that is not too loud, and it looks trick as hell.

I had the quiet core as well as spark arrestor in it. I do agree that it is quieter than a White Bros pipe. I really like Big Gun, just a little loud for where I ride.

Hey 400exrider, I love your beer prayer in your signature. That is the funniest thing I have read in a week.
