(help) 250r Axle Carrier

HI, I JUST BOUGHT A LONESTAR AXLE CARRIER TO REPLACE THE STOCK ONE. THE ONLY THING IS THE LSR DOES NOT HAVE THE STOPPER ON THE BACK WHERE THE BOLT SCREWS IN FROM THE SWING ARM IT ONLY HAS A GREASE FITING IN THAT SPOT. WILL IT STILL WORK WITH OUT THE STOPPER OR DO I HAVE TO DO SOMETHING TO MAKE IT WORK. THANKS

The stopper is so that some fool will not turn the carrier too far when adjusting the chain. Just like the o-rings that are supposed to keep out the water from getting inside the housing.
