don't use PC plastic renew. I tried on on my 250r and it made the stock plastics completely lose all shine and look worse. I followed the instructions it looked good at first, first time I washed it all the shine was gone.

i eman to get scratches out
if its for small sracthes that just make it look white, then take a torch, and lightly go over it, it takes time to have it look brand new but its cheap, just lightly go over the area u want to be new, then let it cool and repeat the process, the torch melts the smealess scratches together. I did it to mine after i used a plastic compound and it made it look perfect

y, its not hard to do at all, just dont hold it one spot for a minutes, just lightly go over it with the gas turned down, it takes time but is easy to do

buy the propane tanks at target which I always have at home anyways for my baby BBQ..... They are like 2.50 for 2 of them or something like that. Home Depot sells the torch ends that fit on the propane bottles for cheap...
I did my fenders with it after cutting them and it looked tons better.... I bet if I hit them with another thinner sand paper and did it again they would look even better....
