i bent my stearing stem

i bent my stearing stem realy bad and i dont know what to do get a strong after market one or a week stalk one my friends say if i get a strong one next time i flip it down a hill the frame will bend instead so i should just get a weekone... so what should i do:confused:

well for starters stop rolling it down hills. Im sure you can find a stock one on this site forsale. nut if you decide to spend the 300 on a new one don't get a +2 or a +1 cause they bend easier

i had the same problem..i twisted my stock stem so the bars would turn more one way than the other and it really messed up the handling so i decided to by a used stem off the site i think i paid about 35 bux shipped, but it was worht it i don't have the money to shell out for a 300 dollar stem :(

I have a stock stem for sale. It was powdercoated almost chrome in Feb. It does have 2 small scretches that you can barly see. Let me know if you are intersted.

ill sell you mine for 35 shipped, it has a very very slight bend in it, it drove me nuts so i bought a brand new one, the ned doesnt affect the tunring at all, i rode with it for a year it just drove me nuts cuz my dad would tell me everyday my handle bars were bent, so yea 35 shiped, let me know

yea, its slightly bent, itsbeter than having one completely bent back, im just trying to get rid of it, i was gona keep it so if i bend mine big time, i ahve a spare thats pretty much straight, but i figure if someone needs one ill offer it to them
