How hard is it to change the jetting and replace the brake pads on a 400 ex?
I wanna get a Clymer service manual, worked on bikes most of my life and my dads foreman, havent done the 400 yet though.

The brake pads take an hour or so to replace. To replace your main jet, take the plug off the bottom of the float with a 17mm socket, then you can proceed to remove the main jet using a 6mm socket.

If you wish to change the pilot jet, you will have to remove the carb and float bowl. Changing the pilot requires a flat head screwdriver.
