Tork specifications

Can someone please give me the tork Specifications for the A-Arms and Swing arm for my 400EX.. I took it all apart and now i want to put it back together so it will hold ;).. Any help would be appreciated.

If I remember right the a-arms are 14 lb-fts and I am unsure about the pivit bolt. I just snug mine up good. :)

the torque is 80 ft lbs for the pivot bolt nut.

hey what's happening, the upper and lower pivot nut for the a-arms is 29 ft-lbs. later.
