ok, i am over at one of my friends and we saw this guy on a 3 wheeler and he showed us some cool trails that his friend owns and that we can ride on... the guy was so nuts! he would jump this huge pile then go up a huge straight up sandpit! i mean this thing was completly verticle. he had a 200x... several mods including a pipe and some new tires. then he would ride wheelies up huge hills with tons of bumps.... seriously you should have seen it i was about to ask him why he wasnt on the bomb squad!:eek2: anyone else have some crazy 3 wheeling stories?

yea i used to have a 200x and that thing was fast! i sold it to get my 300 but i still wish i had it today i ha a pipe and a race cam, and diffrent sprockets and i would whoop 300`s all the time! till i got shot down by a 250x i was so pissed but there fun trikes i could ride wheelies forever on that thing!
but i also had it go over backwards on my like 5 times trying to climb hills,
dads got 2 86 atc 250sx`s right now ones for parts and the other is like brand new cause he barely ever rides it

I have an old yama 3 wheeler with no rear suspension, and water in the front tire with huge concrete blocks on the back ( the water was in the tire to hold the front down hauling hunting boxes years and years ago ) I point it in the direction I want to make a trail, and poke the throttle with a big broom stick. I hate prickers, and small trees.

My first "ATV" was a Honda 350X in 1988. I was 19 I think. Anyways, I used to be able to stand it up on the front wheel.

Check out my avatar!

I started riding three wheelers when I was like three too! I still have all of mine and plan on getting a few more, namely a 350x, 250r, Tri-Z, Tecate 3, 250sx, and maybe an '86-'87 200x. I still love riding my trikes... You guys should see my friend Joel's freshly restored 350x, it is totally badass. I'll be sure to post pics of it up when he gets some good ones taken.

Yeah, I used to own several three wheelers, including a 85R, a Big Red, a 200 Kawi, a 250 Kawi, and a Tri-Z (for a very short time). They are a blast, but a while back I climbed on one for the first time in YEARS and about killed myself. You have to be sooooooo much more careful on three wheels. Quads handle so much differently. I will say that my 86R, even with all the work I've done to it, doesn't seem to be much faster than my 85R three wheeler. That thing would fly...

Trikes are old school. I loved them. I started on trikes and got a 200X in 1983. That was a big upgrade from a 200S and an ALT125. Then I moved to larger trikes, ATC250R, TRI-Z and Tecate (3). That was a bad, bad crowd.

Im an ATC nut, currently I only ride a 83 250r, at the dunes. Once in a while I'll be on a 350x though. One of the things I enjoy the most is jumping..

I can not wait for my 500r trike to be completed, chromed and powder coated all over the place... and flyyyy. :devil
