Blasters are very light in my opinion, the suspension isnt all that. Mine lasted about a year and that all that I had it for. It was fast enough for me because it was a step up from my trx70. I liked the powerband alot since it was 2 stroke once I hit the power band it felt like it just took off. One con is the brakes arent the best unless you get an 03 because in 2003 they came with hydrolic front and rear brakes. Another con is the shocks. Mine was reliable but I have heard alot of people saying theres was not reliable. That may have been because the owner did not take proper care and mainenence of it.

they are extremely light i can lift ones front end up with one arm. they go pretty good they will beat a 300ex iwth pipe and some other little stuff. They are reliable as long as the oil pump doesnt go out and you do maintnence which there isnt much. suspension isnt that great they are really small so they are for little riders.

well it seems to me that i usually hear about the same thing and thats exactly what i expected. it doesn't bother me that its small cause even though i'm not exactly small i like it feeling small cause it seems as though i'm in more control. i want something about the same speed as my 300 but could possibly go faster with cheap mods. also i want a 2-stroke and blasters are cheap. thanks for the help if anyone has any more comments feel free to express them with me

I love my blaster I have made it my money pit but It is awesome here is a pic of it.

http://www.imagestation.com/picture/sraid56/p8b53ee70cc9acbdbf3c85f904a1d2f62/fc734b8a.jpg

It has a one peice race front (250r style)
LRD pipe and silencer
Banshee 2+2 axle(+4+6 for the blaster)
Burgard+1+2 a-arms
A shi load of motor work
Nacs graphics
ac bumper
dg nerfs
250r rear shock (1986) (looking for 1987 or higher)

I have beat (drag race)
stock raptor
stock 400ex
extremely modded 300ex
extremely moddedmojave 250
stock banshee in a short (75-100 ft)

with a 14 tooth front sproket
20" rear tires
I top out around 70-72 mph.

blaters have great potential. and are a light machine.

verry reliable too.

well from what his mods are that i have seen on other threads it seems like he would go fast. anyways i may be getting a blaster soon. i'm excited cause when i was looking for a new quad before i bought my 300ex, i was going to get one but was talked out of it. i don't regret it totally but hey.....now i'll have both!

if and when i do get one what would be some of the "best" 1st mods to it to help overall??? thanks to everyone.
