how soon on a 400ex will the rev limiter kick in when applying the throttle.

on the top end, i believe its 9,300 rpm.some1 correct me if im wrong

i beleive it cuts out at 8,250. I could be wrong thought but this is what i got from a site http://home.earthlink.net/~gellett/400ex.htm

i was wanting to know where on the throttle position like 1/2 throttle 3/4 or wfo

oh why didnt you say so,most people want to know rpm's.WFO is your answer.

since i rejetted mine acts like it hits the limit about 1/2-3/4 do you think my main is too big

in would say your lean if its hitten the limiter at 1/2 throttle

it acts like that in every gear except 5th the last time i checked the plug was a little while after i jetted and it was brown but i mostly dirt drag race 200ft so i didnt notice it till yesterday while running in a cross country race. does anyone have suggestions on this problem
