New Yamaha Quad??

Any one heard of a new Yamaha sport quad coming out? I had someone tell me they heard it from a friend, from a friend, etc....
You know how that goes! lol
Anyway, just thought I would throw it out there.

I tihnk I read in Dirtwheels a while back that Yamaha is making a yzf450 quad. They might detune it to 440 though, so it will be race legal. It should fly:eek2:

The newest issue of Dirt Wheels mentions Yamaha is working on 450 based quad and that they will have more info in the next issue. Also, I read in the BirchCreek GNC MX National Program that Yamaha will have a new sport quad that riders will flock to in droves, and it says they will support the sport(GNC, I guess??). This info was reported by John Pellan of ********, and more will come out on June 4th.

Honda will wait til the last possible minute. They will let the other manufacturers to bring out their quads, then they will step up and release one that is better than what's out there for its class and they will lead the pack for the next couple years til the whole R&D cycle of all the companies starts over again. Just the way it was with the 400ex. They released it in, what, 99? They lead strong for the next 2 years and then the only real competition was the Raptor in 2001.
