wierd noises

i have a 400ex and evertime i let the clutch out in third gear and up my clutch/engine makes a loud grinding noise and i cant figure out what causes this anybody have this problem bfore or know anything i can do...... :huh :( :eek2:

all i can say is it doesnt sound good, it might be sumtin to do with the clutch.:confused:

Just in 3rd gear? I'd say you might have a chipped tooth or teeth on your 3rd gear.

IT DOES IT FROM 3RD THROUGH 5TH AND WHEN I POP THE CLUTCH :( :confused: :ermm:

maybe cuz u plates are worn out, or u REALLY f-ed up ur tranny (i doubt it). good luck
