ok guys, in reguards to my last post about the ez-pull clutch lever and the adjustment. i placed the stock lever back on the quad and still have the same problem. when in gear, and the lever pulled in, the clutch does not disengage. i have no idea why it does this. i called a honda tech. and he said to replace the clutch cable. so thats what i am going to do.

did any on who installed an ez-pull clutch lever have this problem?
and if so what was the problem? and how did you guys repair it?

thx for any help.

I would say that you do not have the cable adjusted right. Remember that you have adjustment at the end of the cable under the headpipe. ;)

Sounds kinda bad.. the problem might not be in your cable but the clutch engager itself. when you pull your clutch in.. look to your right side of the engine and you see this thing move. IF it doesnt move, it is your cable but if it does move and nothing happens with the clutch.. then there is a problem with ur clutch.. which one are u having problems with

is it pulling enough to disengage the clutch? see if you can get that arm to move further forward if that doesnt work than it is probably in your clutch
