Stock SA... yeah or nea?

Whats the general opinion on taking out the stock spark arrester as far as damage to motor, etc? Can't really afford aftermarket plus only ride here and there anyways... ya know, weekend trails and occasional mud pit, no racing. Spark arrester or no spark arrester?

No airbox lid no s/a.Wont add significant hp gains just give you a little better throttle response and no restriction at high rpm's.Sounds better than with it on,in my opinion.Wont hurt anything,have had mine like this for 2 years,add k&n for a snappier ride.

If you do ride where there is tall or dry grass or brush, please keep the spark arrestor. I don't like seeing riding areas burn down. :D
