i have a big problem, i have no brakes. i think its the brake calipers because if i put new brakes on then they will get eaten up in one ride. the brake fluid is fine and i flushed it all out and put new in. my quastion is can i rebuild the calipers and how. or do i have to buy new ones. right now the brakes are all gone but they will still stop if i pump them.

Fronts or rears? Do you still have the e-brake on ?

yes your brakes might not be disengagin and staying on all the time which increases pad wear and makes u slower.................not a good combo

How did you disable the e-brake? Did you use a block off plate? Sounds like the piston is sticking. Do you have a manual? If not get one. It will describe to you how to re-build the calipers. You might just need to take out the pistons and clean them.

sounds liek draggin send them to eca for a full cleaning out and rebuild........... they plish theinside of the claiper cyl. for a good moving in the surface they can even machine it out if it is in horrible shape and machine another peice in there but it will be bigger an can cot some moola but still be cheaper than a new caliper..................:)
