~Need Some Advice~

Hey guys, Im not sure what to do. I have a 300ex, check my signature for mods. I wanted to sell my 300, but I cant due to the fact that my Dad paid for most of it and he wont let me sell it. Its alot better with the suspension that I put on it, but I really need more power. I was thinking about getting a 350x motor for it and selling my 300ex motor. Im not sure if it worth it. My suspension is pretty good, I like it alot, but if I did the 350X motor conversion I would probably upgrade my works to Elkas. Or maybe I should just save my money and wait to get a new quad, but I dont want to go the whole summer riding this quad, its starting to hold me back because of the lack of power. I was considering the 350x conversion because I could sell my 300ex motor for a good price then get a 350X motor for around there, so I wouldnt have to spend a huge amount of money to get more power. Thanx for any input guys!

same exact cituation with me. im still paying off my parents i owe them 1500$ and they wont let me sell it so im just saving all my money up to pay that off. then im buyin a 400EX

Its hard huh, im really stuck here, im not sure if I should do the 350X conversion or not. I dont have a whole lot of money on hand because Im fixing my car and that is costing me around 800 bux or so. Any suggestions?

Have you considered getting any big motor mods like a 330 kit?

You could also save up your money and buy a nice used 400ex.

Ya ive considered motor mods for my 300 motor but its alot of money, I think it would be cheaper to get a 350x motor.

Ya, I was thinking save up and get a nice used 400ex, then get suspension for it, etc. Or build an R. Buy a frame, then suspension, motor etc, im not sure yet

yes the 350x will work just fine man!they create more stock hp than a 400ex.So i think that it should satisfy your needs of power and u can pick em up cheap too..........just make sure and u spend money makin mounts cause u dont want those things cracking and trhowin yer chain and the trail with a broken mount and case........................:) that happened to my buddy and wwe were 42 miles away from the truck........................:confused2 i was not happy ridin double on a xr200 for some 42 miles..............:grr

the 350x sounds the best because you can still ride with out being to limted and then over the winter save up pay your parents back, then ride the 350x for another year then over the next winter save some cash for an r or 400ex :)
