Shipping cod

Well, i shipped my frame COD with UPS. I figured that the driver would be smart enough not to leave the package without collecting the money. I have a receipt that says COD. My mom called them up to see if my money was on the way. They have no record of any payment made. The dont even have a signature, they just know that a woman got the package. Thats it, thats all they know. They said I will get my money one way or another but man thats just my luck. I cant believe this. What kind of UPS driver leaves a COD package without collecting the money?? Later, Anthony

Seriously get in touch with them and raise hell. COD is just that CASH ON DELIVERY
