If you had $700 what.......

Would you buy for your quad. I already have a pipe and bars, you know the normal stuff. Right now I am kinda thinking about getting some Works tripple rates with rezzies and a Burgard anti vibe steering stem. I just need to do this quad right but on a budget because I can't just run out and get the new fastest quad on the market so this one is here to stay and needs some stuff. So tell me what you think.

Well I think the shocks and stems are a great idea..you won't be sorry about the purchase i garauntee it...:macho

id get shocks and a axle, i have works tripple rates with rezzies i like them but everyone with elkas says the econo shocks are better, the works shocks from shoc connection are comp adjustable, i paid 460 for my works, if you can find a deal on a axle it will be just over 700, they made a big diff in handling

yeah i agree with pappy then, dont waste your money on a stem unless your gonan get your frame gusseted up there, get the best shocks for the money, ya know fron shocks and a axle still make a difference

hey, there is a deal on elkas on ebay....brand new....tripe rate with ssd for 739.99$....but i emailed him and asked him if i could get em for the 700 he had them up for like a month ago but he said he'd sell em for 725$....i'm gonna see if they are still there....

As far as shocks go, wait til you get your arms, unless you want to redo the shocks later...save the money, make a big purchase(matching parts) at once....

i think the guy your talking about that sells them for 400ex 250r and the Z400 i think hes a dealer that sell elkas and selling them off ebay for cheap

I was worried about the a-arm shock match up but have been told that because I only evr want +1 a-arms it will not matter when I get them and would not need to revalve my shocks. This will allow me to buy a better product both times.

Is the most common ELKA shock that everybody gets teh Tripple rate SSD with rezzies (or piggybacks) with Comp ADJ or is it different. Let me know guys I am working a deal and noticed that the price goes up allot when you add Reb ADJ and I have not heard too much about people buying this option. Is either adjustment really worth the extra money. The ELKA's on EBAY do not have clicker at all.

Well Derrick I have had your Predator all to myself for a month now and I think I have it fixed up so you will be following me:eek: . Anyway I went to Bismarck this weekend and got your oil filter so I should be getting your oil changed here pretty soon. I have not decided what i am going to do yet as far as mine goes I want something faster but I just love not having the payment anymore not to mention the wife would kill me if I got a new one just after paying this one off so I will just deck this one out and be happy I think.

No I don't think he could outrun ya but I know it beats up on my 400 pretty good. All I really have is a pipe right now so who knows down the road.

CBW, I know exactly how you feel I do this to myself everytime it is time for something new I can never decide because money isn't really that biog of an object I just try to keep the wife happy too and then one day I will just pull the trigger on something and start getting worked up over the next thing. So who knows.
