i think i have a problem with my PEP shocks...HELP help?!?!

well....

today i went and lifted the front of my quad up..and when the shocks "top out"...the springs become loose and move about (1/4in. to 1/2in) and i can move them up and down..and turn them left and right....

is this a problem..or is it normal?

(they were setup exactly to my specifications)

in zps shocks that is normal. my shock wears always get caught in the bottom spring. is your's zero preload?

there zps meaning zero preload. That mean no tension on the springs. my pep does it too
