burning oil?

i change my oil in my 400ex after every few rides. i aways check it before i go riding and it is always low? what is this from?

Are ya checkin the oil after you let the bike run for a few minutes or are you checking it while the bike is cold??

To get a proper reading the bike MUST be warmed up...;)
