Airbox: anyone else get screwed

i purchased an aluminum airbox from a lady on ebay with the user name agage021 well it has been a month and have not seen the airbox yet and she wont reply to my emails. the reason i am posting this is there were many airboxes up for sale on ebay with a buy-it now of $100 and several were selling, so i fugured someone bought one. If anyone has purchased one from this ebay loser, have you recieved yours yet?

I got mine from CFM on E-bay... no problem with them... Also had an e-mail with a few hours everytime I had a question about it...

yeah i could have got a CFM but if you think about it a CFM is made the same way this one would have been made and this one was cheaper so i figured to give it a go. If worse came to worse i was going to use it for a pattern and make my own that would work just as good as a CFM. but anyway it looked like a good deal and there were about 30 of these listed in a few days and most were already gone using buy-it now. i know someone saw the auction or purchased one. i used paypal the instant i bought it which was on a tuesday. on the friday i emailed asking where it was and she said she would have to send the order to the shop and they had a week turnaround time making it. what????? selling something that is not even made yet??? yeah well like i said a month later nothing. i think ebay is a great thing and i love surfing the pages but hate ebay bums like her.

:grr :grr yes, i have had several people selling me stuff lately that they dont even have in stock on ebay, thats fine, but they should atleast warn you in the item description that you will be waiting, i wouldnt care, but i need a couple parts to ride, and i havent ridden in months:mad: i better stop now, im about to explode
