How do I shrink my pics to post?

I have a bunch of pics I want to post but they are all too big right now. Is there a program or someway I could shrink them? I know there have been threads on this before but I couldn't find them. If anyone can hel0p me let me know.

Download infranview, then it is easy to resize. It's freeware.;)

Pour water on them:p OK seriously. If you have windows this is what you do.
Right click on the picture
left click on open with
click on Paint
click on Image Click on strech/skew
Change size from 100% to 50%
click on file
click on save as
name the pic
save
your done
