Ok i'm looking into new shocks in the near future. Now should I go with tcs, pep, or elka. I can get sweet deals on any of the three.

If you have the money, any of them are a great improvement. My elkas work great. I have a set of works for trails, and they are great for their price as well. It's pretty much a question of preference.
