I HAVE AN 01' 300EX AND THE ENGINE IS TOTALLT STOCK. WHAT CAN I DO TO IT WITH OUT SPENDING A CRAPLOAD OF MONEY TO MAKE IT GO REAL FAST. LIKE AN EXHAUST AND IM NOT TOO SURE HOW TO JET SO COULD SOMEONE HELP WITH THAT TOO

welcome to the site. You can spend as much as you want on your quad, they have cheap exhausts and more expensive exhausts. Just remember whenever buy something you get what you pay for. I just try not to buy things twice. Try to save a little dough and buy a good one first. Try doing a search on jetting it's been asked quite a bit and answered even more.

if you plan on keppin your motor stock, get a white bros e series pro meg! my motor is pretty much stock and it did wonders for mine! if you are gonna get engine mods, get a hetrick or sparks

I was in the same boat as you, recently installed a uni filter and T-4 slip on and then rejetted.
Pipe was 180
uni filter 20
jet's 10

cheapest way to go, I wanted to keep my engine stock just with a little more grunt. very reliable with very little maintaince.

As far jetting goes it is very simple to do, I can get some links for you that will teach how to rejet and then it is up to you to find the right sizes.

I will give a starting point though. I run a 40 pilot, 128 main, and 3 turns out on the screw.

It runs a little rich with these jets, but that is ok for the enigne,

I put in an K&N air power kit and I put on a full fmf mega ma exhust and it has alot more ower then before.

pipe was 240
k&n powerkit was 110

did u just buy the t-4 muffler or the whole system and what main jet did u put in

I have a yoshimura slip on for the 300ex im selling for 200$ its a very good investment
