Seat Latch Help??

I have a 400EX and I just got as new seat cover put on it. I just got the seat back and am trying to put it on but I can't figure out how the spring goes in the latch. If anyone could maybe expalin it to me I would grately apprciate it, I feel like a you know what I guess I should have payed more attention when I took it off.

I don't know if this will help any, but go to Marcum's site and take a look at the seat microfiche.

why use the stock seat latch?? buy an OMF seat latch that won't come off when you are riding... or crashing.
