To make a long story short, i was jumping my 425 when i heard some noise. the air box had broken off all its attachment points and the rubber tube connecting the air box to the carb had come off. there was very little dust in the carb, but i am not sure if my engine should be ok. i also need to know what to do about a new airbox, aluminum or new stock? help would be appreciated

I think stock ones are a lot cheaper than that.

i busted mine off almost a year ago, and just made a new mount out of a piece of aluminum and bolted it to the air box and then bent the top and to the sub-frame. im a little cheap. i was gonna buy an aluminum one so i could put my battery in it, but i just moved my battery up front instead.
