I am looking to purchase some works shocks w/o rezzies.... Now its getting down to the price e-bay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2409220307&category=34284
has them listed at 330 and quad shop has them at 370.. Are these the same shocks??? Also with these shocks can you upgrade to rezzies later should I choose and what would the price be??

Thanks

You can add the rezzies later but it is cheaper to add the works rezzies in the first place. :ermm:

I am just trying to understand the resivour concept... Do I really need rezzies??? I live in AZ and these jeep rock crawlers do more driving and pounding of shocks then I will ever do in a quad and there is no rezzie?? I look at this whole rezzie concept and I am not sold... The oil just goes into another compartment.. Once it heats up there is no advantage to having rezzies or without, I suppose you could argue that more surface area blah blah... Its like extra options?? There is no operational difference with or without rezzie?? Do I really need it?? The only reason eveyone says to get them with rezzies is because of the heat?? I find that hard to believe....

I believe I paid 330 from C&D for works tripple rates non rezzie. Just received them.

Good People, Good Service, Good Price.

If your just playing around, no resevoirs will do just fine. Are you racing? Duning, or just riding around your local riding area? If your not going to be doing any serious riding those will be just fine. They do make a difference though. I tried both and went with resevoirs many years ago. Here are some new shocks that I have been looking at. Motowoz shocks (http://www.motowoz.com/index.htm) . Kinda pricey but they look like they have the right idea going on.
