If you're sitting on your bike, the 2 valves closest to you and your carb are the INTAKE VALVES!! The 2 valves farthest from you and closest to your front bumper are your EXHAUST VALVES!!

EXHAUST CLOSEST TO THE FRONT OF YOUR BIKE !!

INTAKE CLOSEST TO THE REAR OF YOUR BIKE !!

Have 'ya got it?

0-valve 2 R-REAR OF QUAD

Look man, if you look at the valve cover from overhead, the 2 valves on the same side as your spark plug(towards the front of your ex) are the EXHAUST valves.

The 2 valves closest to your air filter/carb are your INTAKE valves.

HOW HARD CAN THIS BE??? :huh NO offense, but maybe you should let someone else (someone qualified) adjust your valves! You can have significant engine damage if valves are adjusted incorrectly!! Just trying to help!!:ermm:

I'm really trying to help you out! I guess I don't understand what you're asking. Clarify where I lost you and I'll try my best. I've done this a 100 times with no probs.

No. They are not layed out from front to back. Can you see the side of the head that your carb mounts to?

Ok, I just read your last post again. The 2 valves closest to the front of your bike are the Exhaust valves. They are laid out from left to right if you're looking at it from the seat. And the 2 closest to your seat are the INTAKE. Did this help?
