I am ordering a 416 kit on monday and I am not sure what piston i want to go with. I know they are both good but which one would be a little better? I want a 10.8:1 compression piston and run an XR head gasket. I am just wondering if one of them is a little better than the other.
Thanks for all info!;)

i believe they are both around the same quality, though i believe the ross is lighter whihc will make you rev faster

Ross all the way. Excellent quality and lighter than the JE.

You can't go wrong with either one. Ross is just lighter so it will rev faster.

I just received my JE piston, however either one is good quality.
Colby told me the Ross was lighter and should rev higher.

Ross and JE cost about the same. I got mine directly from Ross for $125.00. It came with the piston, rings, pin, and circlips.
