how do i do this header

ok i been reading about u grinden the header pipe from a stock 400ex how do i do it.....pls tell me thats a cheap way to gain some power

Okay.

1. Take off your header.

2. stick ur finger inside each head pipe and you will feel a weld about a half inch in which goes all the way around the circumference of the pipe.

3. Take a dremel too with a grinding stone and grind down the welds until they are flat.

4. put the header back on.

5.ur done.
