Does anyone use a 41mm FCR. Usually all i hear people using is 39mm FCR.

If you do run a 41, do you like it. How does it compare the the 39mm.

A guy i race with has a 41 FCR and his quad flies. but he also has about a million dollars into his motor. Complete race EVERYTHING!

I didn't even know that they had a 41mm until a week ago. There has to be a limit to how big of a carb you can put on with out changing the intake boot.

I am running a 38mm kehin PE on my 300ex, and I always thought those fcr carbs would be way biggerthan that for a 400, how big is the factory one, like 35.5 right?

41mm is a pretty big carb for a quad!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i talked to scott from dominator engines, and he told me that he uses the 39mm because it better for MX, Trails, ect.....on 400-440. He said that the only thing he would use the 41 for is drag racing, on asphalt.

ATV Action has a carb shoot out in the January edition. Compares the 39,41mm Keihin, lectron, edelbrock, and the stock carb. The 41 makes the most hp and performs best, but is also the most money. Big suprise there! Good article. They get 43.5 hp out of a modded up CT Racing 440.
