Well it's going to be different for your altitude and for your specific needs but I just got done jetting my quad with an HMF slip-on yesterday. I found that I was too rich on the bottom and wound up only going 2.5 turns on the mixture screw instead of the 3.5 that HMF recommended. Unfortunately, I went with a DynoJet kit so my needle setting is completely different than yours. I'm running a Uni filter with no lid. Hope this helped you!

try a 42 pilot, the instructions for the needle is probably pretty close, and between a 175 - 190 will be your main

IMO--HMF's suggestions are too rich. A #40 or #42 will benefit throttle response/low end power. I would suggest a #158 or #160 main jet for a good starting point.

2 1/2 turns sounds good for the mixture screw.

FYI--I run a slip on/K&N w/o lid, no choke---40pj and 155mj 3rd clip on needle at sea level.

If the needle is pointing down I have it on the 3rd notch from the top.

Are you pinning the throttle while sitting in neutral? If you are that's really bad. Take the thing up the road and pin it and see what it does in 4th or 5th gear. If you're bogging when the throttle's pinned in 4th than you know you're too rich on the main jet and step down one size.
