I went out to practice last night for the first time since my shoulder separation on February 2. It was great to be back riding instead of watching. :D I sure have gotten slower though!:( Oh well, it is funny how long it takes to get into shape but how shortly you can get out of shape. Hopefully I will be back to full speed soon. Then I can work on getting faster.:devil
