What Pipe fits Larger Header Outlet

I just got a new head pipe and found that it won't bolt up to my FMF power core 4. I measured and the new head pipe is 2" outside diameter and the FMF is 1 3/4" inside diameter. Does anyone have any ideas. I don't know what brand the head pipe is.

Are you using the gasket between the muffler and the head pipe.

I just got one from service honda. It looks about 1/8" thick. May help

No the head pipe is bigger than the silencer, so a gasket wouldn't help any. I need more room, I don't need to fill up extra space.

The extra flow should help you. The reason the head pipe is bigger is most of the full systems run a larger pipe for flow. What I would suggest is going to a muffler shop and have them weld an adapter on. It should be pretty cheap.
