DO any of yall get black scratches/scuff marks in the plastic from boots? I gotta get as much as i can becuase im getting a 400 if i can get enough money out of it. Or a 300. Also, what gets them out?

just rub back and forth with yo finger and it should come off

nope...i have this problem. The only way to get it out is to sand it off and then get plastic shine.

I dunno if this will work or not, but try something called "Goo Gone, or Goof off". It's supposed to get most sticky things out of something, it might work for the black marks on the plastic, I dunno.

The best thing for cleaning black plastic is WD40 , I used to have an all black plastic on my 300ex and it worked wonders.

The stuff you want is goof off, it will get the marks off, but it will leave the plastic lighter where the marks were - just be careful. My bike had some marks on it when I got it, got em off - but you can see where the plastic is a little lighter.

Or you can just get fingernail-polish remover and it works just as good!
