email thread notification!!

I set my email notice to replies in threads but its still sending me emails. ANd I would really like it to stop cause its filling up my acout rite fast. is there a delay for when i switch the option?

all the old threads are still 'subscribed to'

click on user cp

then subscribed threads

on that page you'll see a link that says something to the effect of 'unsubscribe from all threads'

click it and you should be all set :D
