I know this thread has been ran into the ground, but most of the jetting advise is from riders on the East coast or higher Elev. than me.
I have a stock 400ex with withe bros. pipe , stock air box with 4" hole in lid and my elevation of 76'........

I would like to take the snorkel off of the airbox and plug the hole and get a trick airbox cover like the ones on ehsracing.com and add a Kand N filter with full outerwares.........

Is there anyone out there at my elev. or live in calif. that will give an Idea at what size of jets I should get, or what I should do to get the best results................

Thanks much,

call colby at c&d....he seems to be pretty knowledgable on motors and should be able to get ya the info you seek.

i would also check the chart that is available thru k&n and use them as a starting point. i run from 4000 ft to sea level with the same jetting
