Truck worth it or not

ok the other day i was out riding around and i saw a truck since i am looking i pulled over to look at it it is a 82 chevy c-10 custom delux 4x4 350 stick shift the odemeter read 26000 so im guessing 126000 miles. its got quite a bit of lift of it almost breand new superswamper tires on it 38 inch. It is one mean *** truck the body is in ok shape but obvioulsy been taken off road dentset some stratchs not alot of rust on body or under neat here are some pics you think its worht it for 3000 i think that if i could talk him down to 2700 im gonna do it but i gonna get ride of my truck first BTW my truck the blue one thats beside it is the same exact truck just an 87 2wd

and lastly the tire thye seem brand new cause the tits are still on the side walls of them and its a quarter in the tread

so u think its worth it for 3000 or not and how about 2700

that's an awsome truck not sure if it';s worth 3k because you don't know how it runs or anything but i would go look at it for sure :D

yea thanks im waiting for my dad to coem home tonight then i think im gonna call them and see if i can take it for a test drive to see how it runs and then if they still have it for sale when i get my truck finished should be done halfway through april ill buy the one. I really like it and think it would look sweet if i fixed it up a lil more. 1 down side to it is i hoped in the bed to look at the cab and its an off white interior! lol who would put that on a mud truck? So i think id need a wetakole neoprene seat cover to go on the seats. but now its just convincing the dad to let my buy it. im hoping maybe he wil buy it for me now and just say your not gonna be allowed to drive it untill you sell your other truck. That would be sick but highly unlikly lol

talked to my dad he said that once my truck is done at the painters which will be after he gets back from vaca april 12 that he will think about it so if its still there then im gonna buy it but if its gone im gonna be geting a newer really nice truck prolly like a dodge ram 1500 standard like a 95 after football season so either way ill have a new truck by nxt winter which makes me happy! I cant wait for the 12 i hope noone buys it.

it doesnt matter if it has 120000 or 20000 miles on it, for an 82, that is excelent, now does that mean that the truck is in perfect condition, no

my truck is a 95, and it will hit the big 100k in about 1500 miles, but it has absolutly NO rust on it, i have damaged it a bit though, put a nice dent in the side, and ripped one of my pipes off, and ripped 2 brushgaurds off, but no rust, so if its decent, 3000 is a good deal

How many gallons per mile does it get? LOL Gas here is $2.20 for reg unleaded. I wanted a bigger truck but I don't want to spend so much $$$ for gas

gas here is 1.58 for 87 octaine. I know it prolly wont get good gas mines but i cant find out untill the 12 dad wont even let me call (*******) lol ohh well keeps me focused on schol instead
