Hey so whats the deal with a stroker kit for a piped 400

what kinda power gain would i get and is it bad for the life of the bike or not?

i do believe strokers make considerably more power then bores do., i also cant see how it would be bad for the bike. i may be wrong:confused:

To get your crank stroked and balanced will run about $650. To have your entire engine done by a builder will run closer to $2000.
Stroking an engine will produce more power than a bore job. Think of it like putting longer stroked pedals on a bicycle.
You need to talk with Mike at For Dirt Only. That is where I got my stroker from. :D

Yes Mike at For Dirt Only is who you need to talk to. I am running one of his 463 strokers right now an it is great. The torque you gain from a stroker is the biggest difference. You can get one done from 1500.00 to 3000.00 dollars according to how much power you want.
