Decent DS helmet w/ internal sun visor for under $200

Title says it all. I'm looking for a decent DS helmet with an internal sun visor for under $200. Although the AFX FX-41 DS seems attractive, the high weight and high noise rating has me turned off a little.

Any suggestions for a decent DS helmet with the sun visor for under $200?

whats the reason for wanting a shield? esp on an atv, it will get scratched up quickly
