06 Polaris Predator 500 Wont Start!!!

So I Bought an 06 Polaris Predator Not running to have a project bike to tinker on... well i tore it down checked timing adjusted to TDC lined my timing marks to 9:00 and 12:00 and 9:30 & 12:30 put it all back together have spark but wont fire. Realized I wasnt getting fuel so sprayed a little starter fluid and still wont fire. Any ideas?
