engine problems

Alright guys I rebuilt my engine last fall (new piston cylinder redid the valves) and I let it sit all winter and I went to start it the other day and its locked up anyone have any ideas what it could be?

Lack of lubrication in the engine could be the culprit. Try to remove the spark plug and see what happened when trying to start it up.
