got a 2014 drr 50. 2 races ago it got real slow off the line. couple practices latter it wouldn't climb hills, then couldn't climb jumps. exactly like when the torque spring goes bad. changed that. nope, changed rollers, nope, come to a stop let it cool down then works great, did compression test, 130psi, rechecked 190 psi, what rechecked again 190 psi, checked reeds, looked great but a little raw gas in them. hmm. called drr. they said 120 psi is what is needed. and they have seen the torque spring bad out of the box so changed that again. all the time the plug seems to foul real easy. and a few drops out of the float overflow. . cleaned carb 3 times but looked spotless, tested the float needle by blowing in and opening closing with floats. bent the tab on the floats to shut fuel off sooner and runs a little better. now I have bent them many times to get the optimum spot but still not right. everything has been the same for over a year. weights, torque spring, altitude, jets, is it possible as the engine gets older it needs smaller jets??? spark doesn't seem super bright but it is deffinitely sparking.

Your description is exactly what's happening to our drr70 with about 6 hours run time. Hope that fixes it!
