05 Kodiak leaking gas out of the dran hose

I took the carb off and it looks clean inside. O-ring on main jet gone and replaced. Put back together and same thing. Testes that the drain screw is okay by filling up to that level with no leaks. Float looks good.

There is a lot of rubber that can be the culprit, but more than likely, you need a new float needle, as the rubber has probably hardened up due to ethanol in our gas.

Is this a dealer only part? Any place in Canada to get this at a descent price ?

There are some aftermarkets available, but I probably wouldn't recommend going that route. Dealers will sell them to you, but any company such as rocky mountain atv, Motosport, Bike Bandit, etc etc that carries OEM parts will be able to sell them to you. As far as Canada, I don't have the slightest clue. Good Luck!
