What is the best way to ship a frame? How can I package it? I dont know where I can get any boxes for it. Thanks, Anthony

boxes work pretty good :) lol you could try greocery sotre they will have alot of boxes and you can always put two boxes together

make your own :) only cost me $20 for me to ship from here in CT to pappy in maryland

and oh yea i shipped ups
frame and sub and oil tank all boxed up weighted under 50lbs and the box was like 15" wide, 27" high, and 46 long i think

dont box it up. i wrapped my frame but wrapping it in a clear drop cloth, then taping cardboard to all the edges. it came to and from the powdercoated safetly. heres a horrible pic of how it looked. it only cost me $31 to ship to maryland from NY :eek2:

Well dang, I spent about 4-6 hours making my box! Out of about 6-8 boxes all perfectly cut so it fit the frame perfectly. It was almost bomb proof :eek2: lol and looked like a helicopter! Or thats what the UPS guy though it was, lol. It costed me $31 to ship my frame C.O.D., non-C.O.D would prolly cost $25 (to Illinois (sp?)).

Ant., If you want, I can help you out on boxing that frame up and shipping it out (Thats what I do, I ship stuff out through UPS daily after school at my dad's office) and I have alot of big boxes at work we don't use (should be more than enough), Tape, razor blades to cut up boxes ect. ect.
