Got an 06er run 05 huds and spindles didn't have bump steer. Did a swip to 06 and now it has it bad. Does anyone have a good remedy to stop bump steer?

did you change your wheel offset too? that would do it. but with what you did you need camber/and or caster adjustment to get it how you want it.

You need arms, spindles and hubs in order to properly run each frontend. Did you change it all? Offset wheels will also add to the issue.

Bumpsteer really has nothing to do with wheel offset. Wheel offset will cause negative effects on handling in that when you hit a root or rock, it is more likely jerk the handlebars left or right since it has more leverage on the spindles. Bumpsteer is quite the opposite, but can feel similar. It can be better understood with the quad on the stand, and shocks off. Holding the handlebars straight, and putting the a-arms through their motion, you will see how much bumpsteer you are experiencing by how much the wheel changes direction. There is always going to be some amount of bumpsteer.
