Tires vs wheels

My Polaris atp has 24x8x 12 on the front and 24x11x12 on the rear.
I have access to 4 25x9x12 at a more than great price.

Could these be usable ? What would happen using the 9" tire on a 8"wheel and a 9" tire on an 11"wheel.
I assume the 25" vs the 24" diameter wouldn't be a problem or am I wrong about that?

It turns out that there are 2 25x9x12 to attempt to put on the 8" wheels and 2 25x10x12 to put on the 11' Wheels.
