I just broke in my 2013trx 450r or think I did. And did it hard. no thanks to the dealer. they really didn't tell me much just to take it easy. and follow the owners manual. But any way would it hurt to change the oil now or should I wait longer? I plan on changing it every ride and should I change out the transmission fluid to? I am not worried about the cost. please help me I am new to this sport. I am used to a 04 400 ex so this is a big jump for me. thanks...

Change the oil every 3-5 rides or 15-20 hours tops. I change both trans and engine every 4 rides or so.

Definitely change it now. And change it often. Use Shell Rotella, it's inexpensive and very good oil for these engines.

20 hours is a lot of riding and is also the recommended service limit for a top end rebuild, however no average joe has to do a top end that quick I still wouldn't recommend the average joe going that long on an oil change. I run 15/40 like shown above and change it every 5 hours, and I mean a true 5 hours of run time on the hour meter. not 5 hours of being at the track or woods with your buddies. They hold less than a quart, its cheap to change. Be sure to torque your drain bolts every time, not just an "ah that feels about right" with a ratchet and invest in an hour meter now while its new. You never realize how long it actually takes to rack up hours until you actually run an hour meter. your guesstimation of "I think its got about 30 hours on it" will be way off.
