After many ups and downs and headache with my quad cr 500 hybrid I have decided to build something light and easy to swap, two years ago I became owner of ktm 380 engine without few parts .I have ordered missed parts from ktm shop and witing for them engine is in good condition.Cylinder size is 78.02 mm nickasiled ,so still in good shape,I have sent crank shaft for regeneration and ordered everything I need to fired it up. Swap seems to be easy almost everything in line, swing arm must be shawed a little bit from sprocket side.I have cuted two tubes orginaly holdins oil tank in suzuki ltr 450 to get enough room for exhaust.Frame will be gusseted in this place.
